First, I have to apologize profusely for the poor audio quality and for the hack-job I did on editing this week's episode. You'll find that some things I normally edit out were left in, which makes for a pretty rough episode. There were a lot of new variables introduced this week that I hadn't accounted for, which threw a wrench into the works. I'm working on improving this in future shows. Also, this show has been broken into two separate episodes because of its total length of over 2 hours. It's all definitely worth listening to, though we'll be going back to normal, bite-sized episodes on the next one. Now, onto the show notes:

I have two things that I need to apologize for:

1) I'm really sorry that it took so long to get this out there. I'm still working out the kinks and trying to find a way to cut down on editing time. This is still taking a lot longer than I had anticipated.

2) I apologize for the audio quality of the show. I have no idea what the problem is, but you'll hear in certain sections that the audio either cuts out or speeds up really quickly then returns to normal. I have no idea why this is and I'll be experimenting with a different audio recording app to see if that's the problem.

This is a really short show tonight since I'm planning on listening to the Gameday Audio for tonight's A's vs. Mets game. I'm hoping to have a full show early later this week, though I'm still waiting on my replacement USB headset to show up.

Anyway, here's to hoping that the A's can continue their winning ways and that Eric Chavez, especially, can continue on the tear he's been on recently.
